After a tour of France in renowned establishments, 6 months in Asia and 2 years in London, Arnaud Caré fell in love with Le Café de Paris in Brassac. Since May 2014, he has been offering canaille dishes, a country table with today’s taste.

Along with Lacaune, Brassac is one of the largest market towns in the Tarn mountains, with a concentration of shops and services in the valley on the banks of the River Agout.
