Fallen from the sky or come out of the earth: where do these amazingly shaped rocks come from? What is it that makes the Sidobre such a spectacular destination?

Discover the main sites and most beautiful rocks of the Sidobre by walking and hiking on this mythical territory of the Tarn department. (more than 60 marked trails from 10 minutes to 7 days)
The natural sites of the Sidobre reveals the Roc de l’Oie (The Goose Rock) Peyro Clabado (Nailed Rock) Chaos de la Balme (The chaos of the cave) Chaos de la Rouquette (Chaos of la Rouquette) Lac du Merle (The Merle lake) Saut de la truite (The Trout leap) Les trois fromages (the three cheeses), Châpeau de Napoléon (Napoleon’s hat), rocher tremblant de Lascombes (the trembling rock), etc.

The Sidobre massif must be earned, it hides in the undergrowth of the Tarn department between the Montagne Noire (Black Mountains) and the Monts de Lacaune (Lacaune Mountains) in a territory known as les Hautes Terres d’Oc (Occitan Highlands).
