Located in the east of the Tarn department, the Monts de Lacaune are a green, forested and livestock-farming region. The Lacaune sheep breed is very present, and its milk is used to make the famous Roquefort cheese. The small town of Lacaune was once a spa resort and has kept its casino. You are also 30 minutes from the town of Castres, the birthplace of Jean-Jaurès, and known for its colorful houses overlooking the river.

** THE VACATION RENTAL **
Main home of Patricia and Jean-Jacques that they rent out in the summer months to enjoy the sea as for them. You will therefore find all the comfort and equipment of a house.
The living room on the ground floor includes:
– entrance through the veranda with dining table
– kitchen/living room with fully equipped open kitchen and living room with large connected TV, Netflix
* kitchen with American fridge, cooking range with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker (ground coffee) which makes pods and filter coffee, blender, chopper, hand blender, siphon, mixer…
– separate toilet
– bedroom with double bed 160x200cm and its private bathroom with large sink and shower

Lower level: from the living room, slightly steep staircase to go to the lower level
– small laundry room with washing machine and dryer,
– bedroom with 2 single beds. From this bedroom, access to the outside and access to the small corridor with bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and second adjoining bedroom with double bed 140x190cm.

Exteriors: gravel and terraces, closed and secured land with a gate with the possibility of parking a car in the courtyard. A covered terrace area with barbecue, plancha and high table. A second raised terrace to enjoy the sun!
