Local flavours

Here, we love good, generous, colourful and daring food… and culinary traditions and secrets are passed down by word of mouth over a glass of wine and some great flavours.
Tarn cuisine has many facets: it can be gourmet, family-style, complex or deliciously simple. The products are local and the skills traditional.
On the menu, you’ll find fine meat: veal from Ségala or Lauragais, duck, pigeon, poultry, pork and lamb;
goat’s, ewe’s and cow’s cheeses;
and, of course, Gaillac wine to go with it!
